Training Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver training programs including new hire onboarding, cross-skilling, and refresher sessions
• Guide new operatives through incubation periods with structured coaching and direct floor support
• Monitor centre KPIs to identify skill and process gaps
• Work with Shift Managers and Quality Supervisors to build targeted training solutions
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready training records and track graduation milestones
• Ensure Learning Management System (LMS) content remains up to date

Requirements

• Experience in people development and coaching
• Ability to communicate complex processes into simple steps
• Adaptable to fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environments
• Data-aware with ability to translate performance metrics into training decisions
• Quality-first mindset with a focus on accuracy and productivity
• Strong collaborative skills to build trust with operations stakeholders
