About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver training programs including new hire onboarding, cross-skilling, and refresher sessions
- Guide new operatives through incubation periods with structured coaching and direct floor support
- Monitor centre KPIs to identify skill gaps and build targeted training solutions
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready training records and track graduation milestones
- Ensure Learning Management System (LMS) content remains up to date and relevant
Requirements
- Experience in people development and coaching
- Ability to communicate complex processes into simple, actionable steps
- Adaptability to work in fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environments
- Data-aware mindset with the ability to translate performance metrics into training decisions
