Training Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Oversee comprehensive training programs to ensure employee skill and compliance
• Manage a team of Training Leads and develop training initiatives
• Partner with the National Training team to roll out company-wide programs
• Implement local training to address knowledge gaps and align with operational KPIs
• Manage new hire orientation, training materials, and learning management systems
• Maintain compliance training records and prioritize safety training
• Support production floor operations when not actively engaged in superintendent duties

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a training role
• 1+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of driving KPIs and meeting goals
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours
• Open availability for nights and weekend shifts as needed
