About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee comprehensive training programs to ensure employee skill and compliance
- Manage a team of Training Leads and develop training initiatives
- Partner with the National Training team to roll out company-wide programs
- Implement local training to address knowledge gaps and align with operational KPIs
- Manage new hire orientation, training materials, and learning management systems
- Maintain compliance training records and prioritize safety training
- Support production floor operations when not actively engaged in superintendent duties
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a training role
- 1+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of driving KPIs and meeting goals
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours
- Open availability for nights and weekend shifts as needed
