Training Specialist Trilingual

Responsibilities

• Lead role-specific, general, and mandatory training programs within the Collections Center.
• Review training materials and coordinate activities to ensure effective execution.
• Partner with the Collections Model Design team to deliver training on new initiatives, processes, and strategies.
• Conduct follow-ups, prepare reports, and maintain up-to-date training records for all staff.
• Propose internal initiatives to enhance the work environment and foster team integration.
• Continuously identify and propose improved ways of working by adapting training content and methodologies.
• Ensure all training aligns with the Bank's risk appetite, compliance standards, and operational policies.

Requirements

• Trilingual proficiency in English and French (B2 level or higher).
• Strong understanding of Retail and Small Business banking products, services, and collections processes.
• Experience in training delivery and resource management within operational environments.
• Familiarity with e-learning methodologies, gamification, and virtual training environments.
• Experience designing and developing digital training materials for e-learning solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational, motivational, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a standard office-based environment with occasional non-standard hours.
