Training Specialist Transfer Agency

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality training materials including presentations, job aids, e-learning modules, and video content.
• Lead and coordinate training programs for Account Services and Control Accounting teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify training needs related to new hires, process updates, and system implementations.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys and performance metrics, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Manage the training calendar and maintain accurate records of associate progress, certifications, and compliance.
• Support new associate onboarding by creating and executing customized training plans.
• Mentor associates through instruction, coaching, and real-time on-the-job guidance.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in communication, accounting, or a similar field.
• 5-10+ years of experience in Mutual Funds processing.
• Proven experience in a training or instructional role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
• Advanced technical skills with the ability to deliver effective virtual training sessions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with online learning resources and e-learning development.
• Strong ability to translate complex accounting or transfer agency processes into easy-to-understand training content.
