Training Specialist, Cell Therapy Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Execute operations as described in standard operating procedures and batch records
• Complete documentation required by training policies and standard operating procedures
• Perform tasks consistent with safety policies, quality systems, and GMP requirements
• Qualify new employees on assigned curriculum required for job functions
• Execute trainee requalifications as needed
• Collaborate with support groups to solve training gaps
• Support creation of manufacturing training materials such as On-The-Job-Trainings and Instructor-Led-Trainings
• Identify innovative solutions and escalate issues appropriately

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in cGMP bioprocessing manufacturing, cell therapy manufacturing, or relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant science or engineering discipline, or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations and FDA guidance applicable to biologics and cell therapy manufacturing preferred
• Ability to gown into a cleanroom environment
• Ability to work near strong magnets
• Experience delivering training to adult learners and groups
• Experience and knowledge of Cell Therapy operations preferred
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
