About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver technology training via classroom, virtual (VILT), one-on-one coaching, and e-learning
- Create training materials including quick reference guides, e-learning modules, and microlearning videos
- Support AI adoption initiatives by training staff on AI-powered tools and generative AI applications
- Execute technology training strategy and track metrics to measure effectiveness and adoption
- Partner with IT leadership and SMEs to conduct needs assessments and develop role-based curricula
- Lead technology change management for new software and upgrades
- Administer and maintain the firm’s Learning Management System (LMS)
- Participate in software evaluation, user testing, and pilot programs
- Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and performance data
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a law firm, professional services, L&D, or IT training role
- Experience with document management systems and Microsoft Office 365 Suite
- Experience with Microsoft Word Styles and Legal Numbering software
- Knowledge of course design, development, and adult learning theory
- Ability to travel as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with LMS development or administration
- Proficiency in content creation tools like Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, or Articulate
- Experience with AI prompts, instructions, and AI-powered workflows
