About the role

Responsibilities

  • Supervise structured learning metrics and oversee results for the assigned territory and region
  • Manage live performance metrics end-to-end for the assigned territory
  • Conduct learning sessions on new processes and BQM through digital learning or ITL
  • Maintain data and analysis through detailed reports using Excel
  • Ensure timely completion of new hire training, coaching, and performance improvement programs
  • Partner with operations leaders during station audits to check process compliance and fix gaps
  • Identify and certify learning coaches
  • Lead individual improvement projects to enhance business performance

Requirements

  • Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in speaking, writing, and reading English
  • Experience delivering training or information to Associates and Team Lead level employees
