About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise structured learning metrics and oversee results for the assigned territory and region
- Manage live performance metrics end-to-end for the assigned territory
- Conduct learning sessions on new processes and BQM through digital learning or ITL
- Maintain data and analysis through detailed reports using Excel
- Ensure timely completion of new hire training, coaching, and performance improvement programs
- Partner with operations leaders during station audits to check process compliance and fix gaps
- Identify and certify learning coaches
- Lead individual improvement projects to enhance business performance
Requirements
- Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in speaking, writing, and reading English
- Experience delivering training or information to Associates and Team Lead level employees
