Training Specialist 2

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the On-The-Job Training System in alignment with management objectives
• Optimize existing tools and resources to ensure accurate and timely assignment of learning content into the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Develop and execute training plans, schedules, and budgets to meet the needs of employees and stakeholders
• Facilitate various training sessions, including classroom-based, e-learning, and On-The-Job training
• Evaluate training effectiveness by collecting feedback and measuring impact on business outcomes
• Manage training logistics, including scheduling, coordination, and oversight of materials and equipment
• Lead training, production productivity, and cost improvement projects
• Support audit processes by implementing required corrective actions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Engineering, or a relevant field
• Hands-on experience with training delivery in cleanroom or high-tech manufacturing environments
• Competence in creating engaging instructor-led and e-learning content
• Experience managing training logistics and documentation for ISO or IATF audits
• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS), Microsoft Office, and Power BI report development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with engineers, technicians, and HR
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-changing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP)
• Technical certifications or postgraduate degrees
