Training Services Coordination and Logistics Associate IV

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach the training coordination and logistics support team in their daily activities.
• Act as the single point of contact for client and training participant escalations.
• Schedule and plan complex classroom facilities, including managing AV/IS setups and catering.
• Manage the printing, shipping, and reservation of training materials and classrooms.
• Coordinate Learning Management System (LMS) intake requests and updates.
• Function as a producer and manager for Virtual Instructor-Led Training (vILT) sessions.
• Support off-site training coordination and logistics for high-profile conference events.
• Maintain ownership of training coordination and logistics checklists to ensure quality delivery.

Requirements

• Vocational training, certifications, licensures, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in logistics coordination and classroom management.
• Proficiency in Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
• Experience managing Virtual Instructor-Led Training (vILT) environments.
• Strong analytical and operational skills to improve existing processes and methods.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to use tact and diplomacy when dealing with high-profile clients.
