Training Services Coordination and Logistics Associate III

Responsibilities

• Provide learning administrative services and data entry to support client learning and data management needs
• Enter training data into the SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)
• Manage service requests using the ServiceNow request management system
• Maintain client standard operating procedures, processes, and service level agreements
• Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies and technical issues
• Escalate complex issues to the Manager for resolution
• Perform dual roles in data processing and technical helpdesk support

Requirements

• Fluency in English (verbal and written communication)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft applications
• Ability to work the US night shift (supporting 8 AM to 5 PM ET)
• Experience managing a Learning Management System (LMS) is an advantage
• Experience using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with limited supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with VeevaVault
• Knowledge of LRW systems
