Training Senior Manager, GxP Operations Support

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic training plan that supports organizational goals and employee development
• Design and deliver innovative training programs, including workshops, e-learning modules, and on-the-job training
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and create customized learning solutions
• Leverage existing and implement new electronic-based training solutions
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 7-10 years of experience in training and development
• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure training effectiveness

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
