Training & Quality Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the Training and Quality team for the B2B Brazil operation.
• Develop and implement training strategies to ensure continuous team evolution.
• Analyze monitoring results, audits, and call listening to identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage performance, quality, and training indicators.
• Identify operational deviations and coordinate action plans with Operations and Process areas.
• Prepare executive reports and present results to various stakeholders.
• Create, update, and maintain training materials, procedures, and operational documentation.
• Ensure the correct adoption of processes, tools, and best practices within the operation.

Requirements

• University degree in Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields.
• Experience leading Training, Quality, or operational teams.
• Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Spanish.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting).
• Knowledge of B2B operations and post-sales processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and influence skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of GDS (Global Distribution Systems).
