About the role

About the Company

Avenir Conseil is a subsidiary of the ALTEN group, recognized in the digital transformation of major industrial players through the deployment of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) business solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Define and formalize the entire training plan to be deployed
  • Build learning paths by role in collaboration with Solution Architects and Product Owners
  • Lead pedagogical design workshops (scripting)
  • Supervise the creation of various supports: videos, digital and paper materials, quizzes, and evaluations
  • Organize testing phases with pilot groups and analyze user feedback
  • Manage the logistics of in-person training sessions

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in training management or change management
  • Experience with large-scale training programs
  • Interest in IT environments and business tools
  • Professional fluency in French and English
  • Knowledge of PLM is a plus
