About the role
About the Company
Avenir Conseil is a subsidiary of the ALTEN group, recognized in the digital transformation of major industrial players through the deployment of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) business solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define and formalize the entire training plan to be deployed
- Build learning paths by role in collaboration with Solution Architects and Product Owners
- Lead pedagogical design workshops (scripting)
- Supervise the creation of various supports: videos, digital and paper materials, quizzes, and evaluations
- Organize testing phases with pilot groups and analyze user feedback
- Manage the logistics of in-person training sessions
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training management or change management
- Experience with large-scale training programs
- Interest in IT environments and business tools
- Professional fluency in French and English
- Knowledge of PLM is a plus
