Training & Performance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of training activities and needs while monitoring program effectiveness
• Track and report on employee participation and assessment results
• Coordinate materials and facilities for training sessions, including technology and conference rooms
• Assist employees with the use of the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Conduct needs assessments, focus groups, or interviews to identify areas for improvement
• Provide ongoing coordination and support for Leadership Development and Talent Management programs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in a warehouse/manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in problem-solving and analytical tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the logistics industry
