Training Organization Intern

Responsibilities

• Support colleagues in the organization of training sessions, workshops, and conferences
• Handle end-to-end organizational tasks for the Internal Academy platform
• Manage administration for coaching sessions and onboarding training for new hires
• Prepare reports and assist with financial processes, such as invoice management
• Assist with administration within the adult education data reporting system
• Utilize SAP and SuccessFactors applications on a daily basis

Requirements

• Active or passive university student status
• Availability of at least 20 hours per week, spread across at least 3 working days
• At least 18 years of age
• Conversational English proficiency (both written and spoken)
• Confident use of MS Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• High level of precision and accuracy in work execution
