Training & Network Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide technical training, product guidance, and hands-on support to channel partners and workshops in the passenger car aftermarket.
• Develop and implement a national technical training system, including course design, material development, and hands-on instruction.
• Design and deliver training focused on powertrain, e-mobility, control systems (e.g., braking), and chassis systems.
• Cover fault diagnosis, tool usage, product installation, and sales pitch techniques.
• Collect and analyze workshop pain points and training needs to continuously improve content delivery.
• Produce high-quality training materials and videos using PowerPoint and basic video editing.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure training aligns with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Repair, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support, training, or service management within the Chinese automotive aftermarket.
• Proficiency in diagnostic tools such as ODIS, INPA, and oscilloscopes.
• Solid practical knowledge of powertrain, e-mobility, control systems, and chassis systems.
• Ability to independently design and deliver technical courses.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint.
• Basic English reading and writing skills for technical documentation.
• Willingness to travel frequently for on-site training and support.
