About the role
Responsibilities
- Build a training strategy for the sales team in collaboration with sales leadership and learning partners
- Design, develop, and deliver training curriculum covering sales processes, negotiation, and strategic selling
- Conduct learning need assessments and create targeted improvement plans through field visits and quizzes
- Perform field coaching and on-the-job training to ensure implementation of selling skills
- Lead onboarding for new sales employees in partnership with the talent team
- Develop and manage the Sales Force certification process
- Create metrics to measure the success and effectiveness of training initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2 years of relevant experience in sales training or development
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and modern learning technology trends
