Training Manager - Sales

Responsibilities

• Build a training strategy for the sales team in collaboration with sales leadership and learning partners
• Design, develop, and deliver training curriculum covering sales processes, negotiation, and strategic selling
• Conduct learning need assessments and create targeted improvement plans through field visits and quizzes
• Perform field coaching and on-the-job training to ensure implementation of selling skills
• Lead onboarding for new sales employees in partnership with the talent team
• Develop and manage the Sales Force certification process
• Create metrics to measure the success and effectiveness of training initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 2 years of relevant experience in sales training or development
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and modern learning technology trends
