About the role
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the Vacheron Constantin training strategy for retail and wholesale sales teams across the region
- Define and execute comprehensive training plans, including e-learning, in-boutique coaching, and role-plays
- Act as a brand knowledge expert, educating teams on brand history, creations, and competitive advantages
- Build annual training programs and establish individual development paths for staff
- Manage the training budget and collaborate closely with HQ and local HR teams
- Support retail performance by identifying high-potential talent and implementing performance improvement plans
- Monitor Mystery Shopping results to ensure consistent brand messaging and service excellence
Requirements
- Proven experience in luxury retail within a boutique environment
- Demonstrated track record in developing and implementing training strategies
- Fluency in both English and Arabic
- Strong organizational and budgetary management skills
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel frequently (approximately 70%) to support field operations
- Highly analytical and proactive approach to problem-solving
