Training Manager

About the Company

Medorah Meditek Pvt. Ltd., established in 2016 in Gurgaon, develops and manufactures devices to treat an array of medical conditions including diseases pertaining to digestive and pulmonary systems. We are pioneers in the field of development and manufacturing of Self-Expandable Metallic Stents (SEMS) in India.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a structured annual training calendar aligned with business goals
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across sales, marketing, and clinical teams
• Design modular training programs covering product knowledge, therapy areas, and sales skills
• Deliver in-depth product and procedural training to sales and clinical teams
• Build and implement sales capability frameworks and on-field coaching programs
• Lead induction and onboarding programs for new hires
• Design and implement assessment tools and track training effectiveness using KPIs
• Implement and manage Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Partner with Marketing, Sales Leadership, HR, and Regulatory teams
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations, quality standards, and SOPs
• Manage annual training budget and report training metrics to leadership

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in training/L&D within medical devices or healthcare
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in sales training and product training
• Expertise in instructional design and adult learning methodologies
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills
• Ability to translate technical/clinical information into practical training modules

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA / PGDM in HR, Marketing, or Healthcare Management
• Experience in surgical / interventional medical devices
• Exposure to OT-based training and clinician interactions
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital learning tools
