About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, lead, and continuously improve a scalable, system-wide training approach to support the national implementation of the Tracking Cube research initiative.
- Translate complex clinical and service models into clear, practical, and structured learning pathways for a multidisciplinary workforce.
- Collaborate closely with clinical, research, digital, and implementation teams to ensure high-quality, integrated training.
- Establish a cohesive and sustainable training model to enable effective adoption and long-term impact across diverse settings.
- Lead programs at scale and ensure training is aligned with evolving healthcare practices.
Requirements
- Postgraduate qualifications (or progress towards) and extensive relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Proven experience designing and leading structured training programs or learning systems in healthcare or community settings.
- Strong capability in translating complex clinical models into accessible, applied learning.
- Advanced communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
