Training Manager - Distribution Center

Responsibilities

• Lead the “Train the Trainer” program by identifying trainer needs and facilitating engaging sessions.
• Oversee new hire onboarding to ensure structured training aligned with operational demands.
• Provide personalized coaching and conduct one-on-one check-ins to address learning gaps.
• Partner with the DC Safety Manager to develop safety certifications and refine training materials.
• Monitor turnover and injury statistics to optimize training efforts and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with management to identify skill gaps and implement cross-training solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or advisor role.
• Must be certified to operate Powered Industrial Equipment (PIE).
• Strong communication, coaching, and teamwork abilities.
• Proven adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in both Spanish and English.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a similar warehouse or logistics setting.
• 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume distribution environment.
