Training Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-store training personally, covering selling skills, brand rituals, clienteling, and service excellence.
• Conduct frequent store visits to observe customer experience, coach teams, and identify training gaps.
• Partner with Store and Retail Managers to coach on service excellence and elevate the overall store experience.
• Localize and adapt global training content to suit the Japan retail environment.
• Support store leadership capability development through targeted learning programs and coaching.
• Share insights regarding product experience and customer engagement improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience in retail training, ideally within luxury fashion retail.
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English (both written and spoken).
• Strong training design and facilitation capabilities.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
