Training Manager - Agent Channel

Responsibilities

• Generate and implement training strategies to ensure active agents and facilitate their progression through the IDEAS career plan
• Develop monthly training strategies across all insurance lines (Life, GMM, Auto, and Property) for the assigned regional sales force
• Manage and advise on professional development tools including the IDEAS Portal, Virtual Classroom, and special certifications
• Coordinate and promote attendance for agents and agency directors at national and international special seminars
• Participate in the certification process for key commercial roles, including Agency Directors and Development Managers
• Oversee regional communication and ensure timely dissemination of area progress and updates

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Communication, or Marketing
• Proven experience in training, development, and forum management
• Experience within the multi-line insurance industry
• Proficiency in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel for database management
• Strong skills in creating professional PowerPoint presentations and social media administration
