Training Leader

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer continuous education programs aligned with the Logrand University model and educational institution agreements
• Plan and define the national annual training program for offices and operations, integrating technical, product, process, and business areas
• Detect training needs in offices in collaboration with the University Head to align with business objectives and organizational strategies
• Analyze personnel development needs to provide programs that improve knowledge, skills, and performance
• Coordinate with internal product experts and support areas to meet internal client requirements and operational training strategies
• Lead the implementation and evaluation of development programs, including Talent Pools, Internal Certifications, and Training Academies
• Supervise training planning to ensure effective allocation of organizational training resources
• Ensure compliance with Training and Development KPIs, such as competencies, training performance, training hours, attendance, and annual plan fulfillment

Requirements

• Experience managing continuous education programs
• Proven ability to define and execute national annual training programs
• Expertise in detecting and analyzing personnel development and training needs
• Experience managing talent programs, internal certifications, and training academies
• Ability to track and ensure compliance with departmental KPIs
