Training Lead - MC Drivers

Responsibilities

• Set the training strategy for experienced MC hires
• Oversee the ongoing development of the existing driver workforce in Geraldton
• Lead, train, and manage Driver Trainers to ensure they meet operational demands
• Design and maintain driver training programs to a high standard
• Support the expansion of mining operations by onboarding new drivers and managing fleet growth

Requirements

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (essential minimum requirement)
• Current MC driver’s licence
• Extensive experience in delivering hands-on training to MC Drivers
• 3+ years of experience driving road trains
