Training Instructor

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and adapt training materials, learning activities, and assessments
• Deliver high-quality classroom, virtual, and practical training programs
• Facilitate engaging learning experiences for dealers, customers, and employees
• Create learning content aligned with technical, sales, parts, and management objectives
• Measure training effectiveness through participant feedback and evaluation processes
• Analyze training outcomes to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
• Manage training administration, including enrollments, rosters, and participant records
• Coordinate training logistics and classroom requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience in training design and curriculum development
• Expertise in classroom and virtual facilitation
• Strong skills in learning assessment and evaluating training effectiveness
• Ability to adapt curriculum to meet evolving business and technical needs
• Experience in stakeholder management and building trusted professional relationships
