Training Instructor

Responsibilities

• Execute induction and training programs, ensuring all necessary materials and logistics are prepared for each session
• Register and document all training evidence and personnel records
• Design and update training content and presentations to improve the employee learning experience
• Conduct store visits to deliver and follow up on specific training programs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Communication, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Proven experience as an instructor with strong group management skills
• Knowledge of digital training platforms
