Training Instructor

Responsibilities

• Conduct and monitor training sessions for new employees
• Provide ongoing support to agents regarding doubts and operational procedures
• Develop and update training materials as necessary
• Ensure all necessary information and system access are available for training sessions
• Lead refresher training and recertification programs
• Manage the grading and correction of training assessments

Requirements

• Proven experience with operational routines
• Strong knowledge of land products (hotels, etc.)
• Ability to work on-site in Alphaville
