Training Facilitator

Responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor-led training both in-person and virtually using established curricula
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions, system walk-throughs, and hands-on training exercises
• Prepare for training by becoming proficient in technology and existing facilitator/participant guides
• Collaborate with Instructional Designers and client stakeholders to plan training schedules and delivery
• Provide feedback and recommended updates to training materials based on learner outcomes
• Make minor edits to training materials using established standards and templates
• Support the creation of recorded training sessions or short videos for the LMS
• Serve as a backup Training Lead when required

Requirements

• Experience facilitating in-person technology training or adult-learning classroom training
• Experience facilitating training for SAP or similar enterprise systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles
• Ability to travel within the state of Illinois for training delivery
• Experience supporting instructional design models and techniques

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies
• Experience delivering or supporting training content within a Learning Management System (LMS)
• Experience using a Content Management System (CMS)
