About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define, develop, specify, and validate training devices for contractual training requirements
  • Provide technical expertise on training devices to global customers and training centers
  • Support customers with the development, maintenance, and updating of training devices
  • Ensure training devices are maintained and operated according to authority and company standards
  • Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance on training devices
  • Manage commercial activities related to the sale of training simulation products

Requirements

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience
  • Technical proficiency in electronics, electricity, automation, and industrial computing
  • Knowledge of mechanics, optics, and aeronautics
  • Familiarity with ATR aircraft is a plus
  • Fluency in both English and French
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including rotations for day, night, and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Italian
  • Strong ability to manage stress in high-pressure environments or when dealing with demanding customers
  • Proven autonomy and strong organizational skills
