Training Director

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of training exercises at the Muscatatuck Training Range Complex
• Support testing and training events through technical expertise and coordination
• Plan and provide support for cyber and technology-based events using the Joint Event Life Cycle
• Produce and maintain exercise planning and execution timelines within identified milestones
• Evaluate force laydown, employment, concepts of operation, and operational vignettes
• Provide assessments at strategic, operational, and tactical levels across physical, logical, and cyber-persona layers
• Coordinate participation from national laboratories, red teams, and government or academic organizations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cyber range or computer test bed environments
• Minimum 5 years of supervising experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience conducting Army and Joint Cyber Training
• DoD 8570.01-M IAT II compliance
• Active Secret security clearance (with ability to obtain TS/SCI)
• Working knowledge of OT/IT technologies, cellular systems, and networking
