Training Director

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development, coordination, and execution of cyber training programs supporting Department of Defense (DoD) mission requirements
• Collaborate with leadership, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop effective training strategies, curricula, and exercise objectives
• Manage and oversee cyber range and computer test bed training activities
• Direct the design, implementation, and evaluation of Army and Joint cyber training events, exercises, and professional development programs
• Supervise training personnel and provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship
• Integrate IT, networking, cellular, and operational technologies into training scenarios
• Monitor training program performance and implement improvements based on feedback
• Coordinate resources, schedules, and logistics for training events
• Develop training documentation, reports, briefings, and performance metrics
• Ensure training programs align with DoD policies and cybersecurity requirements

Requirements

• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI Clearance
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Compliance with DoD 8570.01-M IAT II requirements
• Minimum 5 years experience in cyber range or computer test bed environments
• Minimum 5 years of supervising experience
• Minimum 2 years experience conducting Army and Joint Cyber Training
• Experience collaborating with leadership and subject matter experts
• Working knowledge of OT/IT technologies, cellular systems, and networking
