Training & Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Execute global GxP learning strategies and frameworks in collaboration with the Global GxP Learning Team
• Develop and implement training materials to support site business strategy and Quality team goals
• Lead the execution of training programs at the site level to ensure alignment with GMP, GDP, and regulatory standards
• Identify solutions through the Learning Ecosystem to eliminate waste using learning technologies
• Provide site-level feedback to drive continuous improvement of learning processes, tools, and content
• Support the site and functions during regulatory inspections and audits, including direct interface with inspectors
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert on learning operations, LMS processes, and day-to-day intake activities
• Participate in the Community of Practice to drive change management and learning governance

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree
• 9 to 12 years of experience in Pharma or Biotechnology within Training & Development, Quality, or Operations
• Experience designing and implementing programs from needs assessment through delivery based on GMP requirements
• Experience in the Biotech, pharmaceutical, or GxP industry or a highly regulated environment
• Strong change management skills and the ability to simplify business processes
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills under resource constraints and time pressure
