About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and instruct training modules on CI tradecraft, foreign adversary threats, and leadership development
- Deliver training to diverse groups in both in-person and virtual environments
- Analyze data and conduct studies to determine immediate and long-range training needs and priorities
- Assess training program effectiveness by monitoring customer feedback and evaluating learning outcomes
- Coordinate and schedule attendance for members of the directorate at external training events
- Create visual aids, including slide decks and pamphlets, to support national CI Awareness programs
- Track attendance and generate reports containing relevant training metrics
Requirements
- Active Top Secret Clearance
- Graduate of an FBI, DOD, or other CI credentialing or certifying counterintelligence training program
- Minimum of 10 years of experience conducting counterintelligence activities within a U.S. Intelligence Community program
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in course development, instruction, or training program evaluation
- Completion of a formal instructor training course from a U.S. Government agency or similar civilian program
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong oral communication, public speaking, and instructional abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in adult education, instructional design, geopolitical/national security studies, or a STEM field
- Broad understanding of global affairs and international issues relevant to U.S. National Security
