Training Design and Delivery Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end instructional design and content development, creating learner-centered solutions such as e-learning, guided learning, and multimedia assets.
• Develop and optimize digital learning experiences using Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, and Digital Adoption Platforms (DAPs).
• Own technical training delivery and LMS execution, ensuring high-quality publication, configuration, and maintenance across enterprise platforms.
• Manage learning operations, including scheduling, enrollments, instructor support, and delivery logistics.
• Drive learning analytics and reporting using Excel and Power BI to monitor execution, identify trends, and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to stakeholders, translating complex business needs into actionable learning strategies and execution plans.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of learning professionals to ensure consistent, high-quality results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 8 years in Instructional Design, Learning Technology, or a similar role.
• Proven leadership experience managing or guiding teams.
• Advanced expertise in Articulate 360 and adult learning principles.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise LMS platforms such as Cornerstone Galaxy or SumTotal.
• Experience with Digital Adoption Platforms (DAPs) like WalkMe.
• Strong proficiency in advanced Excel for data interpretation and learning analytics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI dashboard development and Power Apps or Power Automate.
• Proficiency in SharePoint site creation and learning hub management.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at the executive level.
• Strong visual design and multimedia production capabilities.
