Training Deployment Manager

Responsibilities

• Define the strategy for training the sales organization to effectively position the Ostomy Care portfolio.
• Develop training programs related to major commercial initiatives and product launches.
• Collaborate with global subsidiaries to support the execution of marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with HQ departments, external agencies, and local subsidiaries to ensure effective deployment.
• Track the impact and effectiveness of training initiatives and create continuous improvement feedback loops.
• Engage with field salesforce and specialists to ensure successful strategy implementation.
• Travel approximately 20-30 days per year to attend congresses, sales meetings, and visit teams in the field.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Excellence, Sales Training, or a similar role.
• Proven experience developing B2B sales training programs and materials.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), specifically Mindtickle.
• Strong project management experience within a global company environment.
• Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and building relationships across diverse teams.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work both strategically and operationally.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a direct sales role.
• Experience training both sales representatives and managers.
