About the role
Responsibilities
- Detect training needs and design annual training plans
- Implement continuous training programs for advisors using instructional design
- Coordinate logistics and operational aspects of training sessions
- Manage follow-up, evaluation, and reporting of training indicators
- Collaborate with transversal areas to strengthen educational programs
- Foster a continuous learning culture within the organization
Requirements
- Degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Human Resources, Engineering (with training specialization), or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design
- Proven experience training high-performance teams
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel
- Intermediate English language skills
- Knowledge of LMS and e-learning platforms
- Knowledge of agile learning methodologies
