Training Coordinator SAP

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the training workstream for S4E GT rollouts, acting as the primary training interface and escalation point for implementation partners.
• Co-define and operationalize rollout-specific training approaches, including localization and clear definition of roles and responsibilities.
• Plan, coordinate, and steer training activities for Key Users and End Users across various locations to ensure high-quality execution.
• Track training progress using KPIs, provide regular reports to stakeholders, and manage dependencies with other project streams.
• Onboard and support local training teams and business stakeholders while capturing lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Oversee training execution on-site during rollout phases to safeguard user adoption and operational readiness for go-live.

Requirements

• University degree in economics, engineering, management, or a comparable field.
• Proven experience leading training streams within large-scale ERP transformations.
• Solid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and business process enablement.
• Experience working with external implementation partners under a Statement of Work.
• Expertise in training governance, needs analysis, curriculum design, and adoption management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in international, multicultural environments.
• Fluent English skills are required.
