Training Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training content through various modalities including instructor-led, web-based, and hands-on training
• Guide new team members through their acclimation to company culture
• Optimize training programs for continuous improvement and scalability
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on training effectiveness and ROI
• Evaluate trainee performance to ensure knowledge transfer to daily operations
• Interface with operations and leadership to align training with business needs
• Provide weekly reporting to the leadership team

Requirements

• Two years of experience in supply chain and logistics OR three+ years in instructional design and training development
• Previous experience in training and/or mentoring others
• Experience presenting information to groups
• Dynamic, outgoing, and engaging personality
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience implementing training modules
