Training Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Design and utilize training materials for government employees throughout the organization
• Schedule training activities for government organizations and individuals
• Identify new training and development opportunities outside of existing avenues
• Manage the budget for government employee training and development
• Build and maintain a library of resources for training and education
• Advise government employees on available training and development opportunities

Requirements

• Associate’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in training coordination, learning & development, or program coordination
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to analyze training needs and recommend effective solutions
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a federal or government environment
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or eLearning platforms
• Knowledge of federal training compliance standards or workforce development programs
