About the role
Responsibilities
- Define the curriculum development for beauty consultants
- Measure training effectiveness through in-person and virtual visits
- Negotiate with commercial partners to provide relevant training for the dermocosmetic segment
- Safeguard and manage personnel training records (kardex) and ensure they remain updated
Requirements
- Technical degree in cosmetology or a related field
- 2+ years of professional experience in cosmetology
- In-depth knowledge of dermocosmetic laboratories
- Knowledge of SPA techniques
