Training Coordinator, Compounding

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training schedules for new hires, cross-training, and annual programs.
• Coordinate and execute training sessions in collaboration with site leadership.
• Track training completion and progress to ensure all employees meet role-based requirements.
• Maintain and update compounding training records and materials to align with regulatory standards.
• Ensure all training documentation is accurate and compliant with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Support the audit process by maintaining accessible and up-to-date training records.
• Serve as a key point of contact between Learning, Operations, and Compliance teams.

Requirements

• 18+ years of age with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of successful training experience and experience delivering/creating training.
• Proficiency in LMS platforms and training records management.
• Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and regulatory compliance.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Gilbert, AZ, and accommodate flexible shift times.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with instructional design using the TWI model or similar methodologies.
• Experience with e-Learning authoring tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced distribution environment.
