About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with R&D leadership, EHS, Quality, and Facilities teams to identify training needs and align programs with regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Training Requirements Matrix for all job roles
- Administer the site’s electronic learning management system (Vector) to assign training, schedule courses, and monitor completion
- Maintain accurate training records and provide regular metrics on compliance and refresher courses
- Coordinate and conduct onboarding, safety, and technical training for new hires
- Implement various instructional methods including hands-on workshops, mentoring programs, and simulations
- Support site-wide training needs assessments to identify and close skill gaps
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in science, engineering, business, training, or office administration
- 3-5 years of experience supporting training programs in technical, laboratory, or regulated environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technical, or training-related discipline
- Experience developing training programs in R&D, pilot plant, or maintenance environments
- Knowledge of lab safety and workplace safety protocols (e.g., lockout-tagout, fall protection)
- Experience with compliance and audit processes for training documentation
