About the role

Responsibilities

  • Partner with R&D leadership, EHS, Quality, and Facilities teams to identify training needs and align programs with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive Training Requirements Matrix for all job roles
  • Administer the site’s electronic learning management system (Vector) to assign training, schedule courses, and monitor completion
  • Maintain accurate training records and provide regular metrics on compliance and refresher courses
  • Coordinate and conduct onboarding, safety, and technical training for new hires
  • Implement various instructional methods including hands-on workshops, mentoring programs, and simulations
  • Support site-wide training needs assessments to identify and close skill gaps

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree in science, engineering, business, training, or office administration
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting training programs in technical, laboratory, or regulated environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technical, or training-related discipline
  • Experience developing training programs in R&D, pilot plant, or maintenance environments
  • Knowledge of lab safety and workplace safety protocols (e.g., lockout-tagout, fall protection)
  • Experience with compliance and audit processes for training documentation
