Training Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Create and coordinate personnel development concepts within the framework of the new plant concept
• Develop detailed training and qualification plans for employees
• Maintain and update qualification databases
• Plan, organize, and where possible, conduct required training and qualification programs
• Monitor employee development and training success in collaboration with workshop managers
• Coordinate future personnel requirements and associated training needs
• Implement training concepts for site personnel (supervisors/fitters)
• Act as an interface to the apprenticeship workshop regarding the coordination of apprentice site assignments

Requirements

• Technical degree (HTL, FH/University) in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in technical training and personnel qualification
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
• Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel approximately 10%

• Previous leadership experience
• Basic knowledge of programming languages
