Training Coordination Specialist

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training operations at the Dallas Discovery Center, including scheduling classes, workshops, and seminars.
• Manage training logistics such as room bookings, equipment setup, catering, and resource preparation.
• Oversee travel and accommodation arrangements for trainers, participants, and guests.
• Support the onboarding process for new sales representatives and leaders by preparing materials and scheduling orientation sessions.
• Maintain accurate records of training attendance, evaluations, and administrative documentation.
• Handle inquiries from participants regarding schedules, materials, and logistics.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in administrative or training coordination roles.
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline.
• Experience with travel arrangements and logistics management.
• Familiarity with corporate onboarding processes.
