About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate training operations at the Dallas Discovery Center, including scheduling classes, workshops, and seminars.
- Manage training logistics such as room bookings, equipment setup, catering, and resource preparation.
- Oversee travel and accommodation arrangements for trainers, participants, and guests.
- Support the onboarding process for new sales representatives and leaders by preparing materials and scheduling orientation sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of training attendance, evaluations, and administrative documentation.
- Handle inquiries from participants regarding schedules, materials, and logistics.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in administrative or training coordination roles.
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline.
- Experience with travel arrangements and logistics management.
- Familiarity with corporate onboarding processes.
