Training Content Developer-Instructor- TechFISINT

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering analysis and technical support to resolve tasks
• Process data using mapping tools, algorithms, and intelligence reports
• Identify out-of-the-ordinary telemetry formats
• Conduct FISINT signals analysis using specialized software and hardware
• Analyze telemetry data to determine system performance characteristics
• Document analytic findings in accordance with SIGINT and Telemetry Beaconry Analysis standards
• Develop accurate signal chronologies and determine relationships between signals
• Develop new TechFISINT courses, modules, and presentations
• Incorporate student feedback into course materials

Requirements

• 2+ years of technical teaching or curriculum development experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical science major (Engineering, Math, CS, Physical Sciences) and 4+ years of TechSIGINT experience
• OR 6+ years of TechSIGINT experience if no technical Bachelor's degree is held
• TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph
• Proficiency in Python, MATLab, Radio Frequency/Antennas, SDR frameworks, or Signals Analysis
