Training Consultant - Aviation

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote aviation training products and services
• Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels to convert prospects into enrolled students
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs by promoting relevant courses
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, addressing questions regarding training programs
• Provide detailed information about course schedules, benefits, and requirements tailored to individual client needs
• Act as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process to ensure a positive customer experience
• Research client training needs and maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales or inside sales
• Mandatory background in Aviation or Hospitality industries
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong negotiation skills and a high level of customer service orientation

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
