Training Compliance Officer

Responsibilities

• Support general enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor and manage training records and identify gaps
• Manage end-to-end processes for targeted training programs
• Drive continuous improvement and best practice for training delivery
• Maintain compliance and ensure personnel have necessary skills per site Training Needs Analysis
• Ensure crew proficiency levels in accordance with site training needs
• Monitor and maintain site training systems, including reporting, access control, and compliance audits

Requirements

• Previous experience managing and assisting with site-based training requirements
• Knowledge of competency-based training in RII endorsed units
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong communication, prioritisation, and time management skills
• Resilient nature and openness to change

Preferred Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116)
