About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute training strategies to drive Nike Stores' priorities through a network of In-Store Trainers (ISTs)
- Support the rollout of service initiatives and plan Training Community activations
- Partner with store leadership to build and develop a diverse team of In-Store Trainers
- Coach and support the development of ISTs in collaboration with Head Coaches
- Drive improved store performance across key training, service, and operational measures
- Deliver store onboardings and team trainings on Nike brand standards
Requirements
- Passion for sport, retail, and training
- Multiple years of experience in store people management or team lead roles
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
- Demonstrated ability to create and deliver high-impact presentations
- Ability to inspire, engage, and influence teammates
- Capable of managing own schedule and working independently
